📄 Kullanım şartlar ve koşulları.


Bu Kullanım şartlar ve koşulları, OSEYAD (Okumayı Sevdirme ve Yaygınlaştırma Derneği) ile okumayı sevdirme salonu kitap kulübü programı olan The Little Library That Could (topluca “Okumayı Sevdirme Salonu") ile, http://oseyad.org ve/veya http://www.thelittlelibrarythatcould.com adreslerinden erişilebilen web sitelerini (“Site”) kullanan siz kullanıcı arasında yapılmış bir sözleşmedir.


  • Şartların Kabulü: Siteye erişerek veya siteyi kullanarak, bu Kullanım Şartları’na uymayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
  • Yasaklı Faaliyetler: Kullanıcılar; taciz, iftira, yasa dışı davranışlar ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal gibi zararlı veya saldırgan eylemlerde bulunamaz.
  • Ticari Kullanım: Site, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için tasarlanmıştır. Yetkisiz ticari faaliyetlere izin verilmez.
  • Üçüncü Taraf İçeriği: Okumayı Sevdirme Salonu, web sitesinden bağlantı verilen harici sitelerin içeriklerinden sorumlu değildir. Kullanıcılar bu sitelere kendi sorumluluklarında erişirler.
  • Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu: Kullanıcılar, web sitesindeki davranışlarından ve yanlarında bulunan küçüklerin denetiminden kendileri sorumludur.
  • Fikri Mülkiyet: Web sitesindeki tüm içerikler, 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu kapsamında korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kullanım veya çoğaltma yasaktır.
  • Gizlilik: Kişisel veriler, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca toplanır ve işlenir. Kullanıcı bilgileri, yasal zorunluluklar dışında, izin alınmaksızın paylaşılmaz.
  • Değişiklikler: Okumayı Sevdirme Salonu, bu şartlarda herhangi bir zamanda değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Sitenin kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, yapılan değişikliklerin kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.


📄 Terms and Conditions of Use.


These Terms and Conditions of Use are a contract between OSEYAD (Okumayı Sevdirme ve Yaygınlaştırma Derneği) and its reading room book club program, The Little Library That Could (collectively, the "Reading Room"), and you, the user accessing or using the Reading Room websites accessible through the URL http://oseyad.org and/or http://www.thelittlelibrarythatcould.com (collectively, the "Site").


  • Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities, including but not limited to harassment, defamation, or violation of others' rights.

  • Commercial Use: The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized commercial activities are prohibited.

  • Third-Party Content: The Reading Room is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from its site. Users access third-party sites at their own risk.

  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their own actions and for supervising any minors under their care while using the website.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on the website is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

  • Privacy: Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Users' information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

  • Modifications: The Reading Room reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
